Room to Breathe

ADHD Home and Life Support

Home is where ADHD shows up the most: the mornings, the laundry, the mail, the family calendar. Together we'll design the home life you actually live, with simple systems that give you more stability and more room to rest, play, and be yourself. Planning sessions by video, with an optional in-home session. This is practical support, not therapy.

How it works

Planning sessions by video. We start with an intake, then review your routines and spaces. We build simple systems for the things that are easy to lose or forget: mornings and evenings, landing spots for keys and school forms, visible lists and calendars, and small first steps. We also set up a "minimum version" of your routines for rough weeks.

Between sessions. Message me any time through Session Health. I reply Monday to Friday, within one business day. Check-ins are for quick questions, a nudge on your next step, or sharing what worked and what didn't. They aren't for crisis or emergency needs. Ongoing support packages can also include a short standing [10-15] minute check-in.

In-home session (optional add-on). A [3]-hour session in your home plus a short video follow-up. Before booking, we complete an intake and at least one planning session.

Every idea is an experiment. We try it in your real life, keep what works, and let go of what doesn't, without shame.

What this is and isn't

This is practical support, not therapy or counseling, and I'm not acting as your therapist in this role. It isn't a crisis service. If you'd benefit from counseling, an ADHD evaluation, or medical care, I'll connect you with trusted providers and you choose who to work with.

I don't provide therapy to anyone in this service, and my therapy clients don't join it. That keeps each role clear.

Who this is for

Adults who have ADHD or think they might, including parents whose systems fell apart when kids arrived. You don't need a diagnosis to start.

A client agreement is provided before we begin.

In-home sessions: what to expect

  • Everyone 18 and older living in the home consents to the visit.

  • You decide who may be present, including children.

  • You decide what stays and what goes. I make suggestions; the choices are yours.

  • Photographs are taken only with your written permission.

  • Either of us can pause or end a visit at any time, and we agree on a safety plan beforehand.

  • Travel area, fees, and cancellation terms are in your agreement.

  • Homes with severe clutter or safety hazards get a referral to a more suitable service.
