My name is Char Santos Franz, M.Ed., LMHCA. I've provided counseling services for youth ages 13 to 18 since 2013.

Beyond clinical training in mental health, I bring firsthand experience as a former school counselor and district administrator, so I understand both the school system and the community your daughter moves through.

Healing takes a village. I work alongside a team, including her school advocates, medical providers, and the people who love her, to keep support consistent across every part of her life. Part of my role is making sure everyone rooting for her is communicating with each other.

Together, we'll combine deep introspection with co-created structures that her loved ones and her school can realistically implement.

• Individual counseling sessions: 45 minutes, $195/session

• Family counseling sessions to support her healing: 45 minutes, $195/session

• Support developing school intervention plans and connecting with her school to ensure consistency of care

• Optional holistic add-on: a nurse practitioner joins the team for additional support

I am an out-of-network provider. Superbills are available upon request for clients seeking reimbursement through their insurance.
