Education is power. When we understand where our expectations came from, we get to decide what we want to carry forward. In my years as an educator, I have watched learning move people to tears and change how they see their own lives. You 101 is a warm, small-group class built around that idea. It is educational, and for many people, it can also be a healing experience.
Your seat includes a homemade brunch and warm drinks (the menu varies), a 15 minute check in before the class, a curated reading and artifacts to reflect on and slides on the history of marriage and relationships and empirical based research findings about marriage, along with guided reflection prompts, and a small group of no more than 8 so everyone has room to be heard. There are no other charges.
